    Omega Suite — Sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

    Bloomsbury Bedroom — Sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

    One Bedroom Charleston Apartment — Sleeps a maximum of 3 people.

    Two Bedroom Charleston Apartment — Sleeps a maximum of 5 people.

    All bedrooms are set up as doubles, however twin room arrangements can be selected when making bookings online.

    Is breakfast included in the price of the room?

    Room prices do not include breakfast. A continental breakfast is available and can be added to your booking at a cost of £7.50 per adult and £5.50 per child under 12 years of age, per night.

    Are baby cots available?

    Baby cots, which are suitable for infants under 2 years of age (weighing up to 15kg) can be booked online free of charge, subject to availability.

    What time is Check-in / Check-out?

    Check-in is after 14:00 and Check-out is before 11:00. Late check-out can be requested on the morning of check-out, however this is subject to availability.

    Are there luggage facilities available at the Morton Hotel?

    We have a luggage facility available which is free of charge on the day of arrival and on the day of departure, for the duration of the day.

    Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

    Whilst we do not have a restaurant in the hotel, we do provide a bar menu with a range of drinks, snacks, sandwiches and afternoon tea for our guests. There are many great restaurants in the local area which our Reception staff will be happy to recommend to you and provide directions to.

    Until when is the bar open?

    Our bar is open from 11:00 until 02:00 for guests, and from 11:00 until 23:00 for non-residents.

    Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

    Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. The Wi-Fi code is available from Reception.

    Does the hotel offer a laundry service?

    The Morton Hotel does operate a laundry service. Please speak with our Reception staff for more details.

    All of our hotels, and all of our car parks, fall within London’s Congestion Charging Zone. The Congestion Charge applies between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays).

    A Tesco Express is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a Waitrose Supermarket and range of retail stores at the nearby Brunswick shopping centre (2 minutes walk).

    My flight lands at Gatwick Airport; what is the best way of getting to the hotel?

    Russell Square is within walking distance of all of our hotels. Please be advised that the fastest way to get to Russell Square from Gatwick Airport is by train.

    The Thameslink train runs between the Gatwick Airport and Kings Cross St Pancras Station. This service runs also overnight. At Kings Cross St Pancras take the London Underground Piccadilly Line to Russell Square.     The Gatwick Express will take you to Victoria Station. The trains run up to 4 times an hour from early in the morning until late at night and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes.     What is the best way to travel around London?

    The cheapest and easiest way to travel around London without restrictions is to purchase an ‘Oyster Card’.     Does the hotel have a lift?

    There is a lift in the entrance hall of the hotel which will take guests down to the basement. Here you will be greeted by our team at the Reception desk. The lift goes to all floors.
